Blueprint crafting

Rez and touch your blueprint near its required station. Its published profile defines the product, station, duration and material quantities. Quality is optional in rule entry and defaults to Q0; exact saved material qualities must match during crafting. Stay in range throughout the countdown; leaving cancels crafting. The station supplies the finished object; a completed blueprint is consumed. Public recipe listings do not grant blueprint ownership or group eligibility.
